About the position

• Full function creditors
• Full function debtors
• Stock control and management - forecasting of stock requirements, purchase ordering, receiving, stock take, ensure sufficient stock levels
• Import and Export documentation
• Forex documentation
• Bank reconciliations
• Payment allocations
• Experience with dealing with clearing agents and couriers an advantage
• Must be strong on reconciliations
• Strong reporting skills required
• Invoice and reconciliation of chain store accounts
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Must have own reliable transport
• Forex experience necessary
• Must be analytical and deadline driven
• Must know how to put a paper trail into place
• Computer literate
• Punctual
• Stable work history
• Must be accountable
• Tertiary degree or diplama preferred
• Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans
