Debtors Administrator

About the position

Well-established company in Pretoria North seeks a Debtors Administrator to join their team!
Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 with Accounting as a subject
• 3–4 years of debtors/accounts experience
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with accounting software such as Sage Evolution or Business Central
• Own vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Strong administrative skills, high attention to detail, and self-motivated

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily debtor reconciliations and allocate payments
• Generate age analysis reports and follow up on overdue accounts
• Distribute statements and manage debtor collections
• Issue invoices and credit notes
• Handle debtor queries, log and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain accurate document control and support the credit application process
