What You’ll Be Trusted With

You won’t just “do admin.” You’ll be the backbone of the revenue cycle, the quiet force that keeps cash flow healthy and clients accounted for.

  • Manage and maintain the full debtors’ ledger
  • Capture invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Take and process client orders
  • Follow up on outstanding accounts and drive collections
  • Allocate payments correctly and without error
  • Reconcile customer accounts with precision
  • Resolve account queries efficiently and professionally
  • Prepare debtor reports and aging analyses
  • Liaise confidently with both clients and internal teams
What You Bring to the Table

  • Proven experience in a similar debtors/accounts role
  • Strong numerical ability and reconciliation skills
  • Clear, confident communication (especially when chasing money)
  • High attention to detail — borderline obsessive (in a good way)
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Solid Excel skills — not just opening spreadsheets, but actually using them
Minimum Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • At least 2 years’ experience working with high-volume accounts and clients
