About the position

Red Ember Recruitment is seeking to hire a Dealership Principal that is ready to lead strategically. This exceptional opportunity awaits the right [URL Removed] client is a thriving automotive dealership network encompassing 38 dealerships spanning 6 provinces and showcasing 16 vehicle brands. The role is based in Paarl, Western Cape Province.

• Develop and create strategies to support and grow business to maximize profitability.
  
• Manage and support all departments to reach their full potential within set operational and business plans.
  
• Setting optimal staffing levels, maintaining, repairing and upgrading all assets.
  
• Drive customer satisfaction and represent the organisation in external relations.
  
• Monitor financial activities and indicators.
  
• Drafting & presenting factual reports.
  

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent NQF Level 7 will be advantageous.
  
• A minimum of 5 years’ management experience in the Motor industry.
  
• Previous experience in Used vehicles will be advantageous.
  
• Consultative and problem-solving experience.
  
• Proven business acumen.
