Duties & Responsibilities
Join a dynamic and high-performing team as a Valuation Manager, where you'll have the opportunity to lead critical valuation engagements across various sectors. This role offers unique opportunities for professional growth and the chance to work on innovative projects that extend beyond traditional valuation. Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive understanding of client businesses, analyzing historical performance and forecasting for strategic insights.
Lead the preparation of marketing pitches and transaction materials.
Manage the development of integrated financial models and quality of earnings reports.
Facilitate stakeholder discussions during due diligence processes.
Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Drive business development initiatives to expand client engagements and service offerings.
Desired Experience & Qualification

Requirements:

Must-Haves:
Undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
Professional designation such as CA, CFA, CPA, or MBA.
Minimum 10 years of experience in business valuation and financial modeling.
Proven track record with complex valuation engagements in a top-tier firm.
Strong project management skills and client relationship management experience.
Experience in the Big 4
