Minimum Requirements

• Qualified Registered Nurse (SANC registered)
• 4+ years' experience in a leadership role, including administration, financial, operations and staff/HR management

Overview of position

• The successful candidate will take overall responsibility to manage and control the operational environment of the Day Hospital.
• Participate in business planning and budgeting processes and manage nursing costs according to budget.
• Monthly variance reporting to finance.
• Manage stock utilization.
• Ensure hospital provides safe, cost-effective and quality patient care.
• Identify quality improvement opportunities and ensure appropriate strategy and quality improvement initiatives are implemented.
• Prepare monthly reports to inform management of status and implementation plans of programs, services and quality initiatives.
• Evaluate nursing quality indictors and clinical outcomes.
• HR - staff management, discipline, absenteeism, training.

Salary Bracket
Negotiable depending on experience, qualification(s) and current/previous salary
