The Role: Data Entry / Scheduler / Customer Services

This role ensures efficient and human-centred operations by supporting tenant communications, job scheduling, and CRM data input. As a key liaison point, you'll blend tech-enabled systems with hands-on customer service, playing a vital part in the company's day-to-day success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Input data accurately into the CRM system (ServiceM8) to trigger AI-assisted contact workflows
  • Schedule jobs and appointments where automated tools fall short
  • Handle inbound and outbound tenant calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Answer questions about upcoming works and assist with rescheduling
  • Coordinate with property managers to confirm and adjust booking details
  • Ensure clear and timely communication among tenants, field teams, and property managers

About You

  • 2+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or scheduling roles
  • Previous exposure to the property or maintenance sector is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident in managing phone-based communication
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (ServiceM8 experience is a bonus)
  • Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
  • Self-starter who can work independently or as part of a team
  • Calm under pressure with a solutions-driven mindset
