Data Engineer / Data Scientist

About the position

One of our clients is looking for a versatile Data Engineer / Data Scientist to drive data-driven insights. This role involves end-to-end data lifecycle management: building robust data pipelines, developing advanced analytical and ML/AI solutions, and creating impactful dashboards and reports for both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will transform raw data from diverse sources (web, social, internal systems) into actionable intelligence.

Key Requirements

• Education: A relevant degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics)
• Technical Stack: Programming: Strong Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).
• Query Languages: Expertise in latest SQL dialects (e.g., T-SQL, PostgreSQL) and experience with NoSQL.
• Data Pipeline & Modelling: Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines from various sources. Develop and optimize data models and schemas for consumption by BI, ML, and AI applications.
• Dashboarding & Reporting: Create interactive dashboards (e.g., Power BI) and comprehensive client reports, visualizing key trends and insights.
• Machine Learning & AI: Identify opportunities, develop, and deploy predictive models and AI solutions.
• Querying & Analysis: Utilize advanced SQL and NoSQL for complex data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
