Data Captures X4 at Sentech

About the position

Sentech requires a team of capable and efficient Data Capturers to assist with consolidation of reports, analysis, validation, reconciliation, and tracing of captured data against actual installations and the purchase orders.

The prospective applicant should have the following:

• A Diploma in finance or equivalent is preferred with knowledge of accounting principles and excel
• 2-3 years of experience performing a role that involves data capturing and use of excel to analyse and report.
• Basic knowledge of an ERP system like SAP, and ability to perform reconciliation of financial transactions.
• Good knowledge of excel and data analytics

The prospective applicant should meet the following criteria:

• Analyse and validate data received from suppliers against internal records.
• Verifies that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
• Provide simple data analytics and reports.
• Tracing of captured data against actual installations and the purchase orders.
• Prepares and distributes adhoc, weekly and monthly reports as required by stakeholders and management.
• Ensures that valid supporting documents attached to invoices for processing,
• Handles enquiries daily from project managers, programme managers and other departments.
• Ensure that all transactions are auditable and that source documents are filled electronically for ease of [URL Removed] Competencies
