Data Capture Consultant

About the position

As a member of the data capturer team, your primary focus will be to receive and capture new electronic or paper proposal application and service requests onto our online system.

You’ll have to keep your fingers on the pulse of the internal service level agreement to make sure you achieve the agreed turnaround times. You’ll work closely with tele-underwriting teams
Who’ll you report to:
You’ll be based at client operations division at the Gqeberha office.
You’ll report to Manager: data capture and medical receipting who is accountable for all data capturing and medical receipting functions.

Your duties will include but not limited to:
- Capture of electronic or paper applications
- Capturing of service requests
- In process quality assurance of all captures completed
- Receipting of applications

Your qualifications:
- You must have passed grade 12.

- Knowledge of MS office is essential
- Attention to detail
- Work under pressure
- You are organised and have good administrative skills
- You are quality driven
- Have pay attention to detail (accuracy is important)
- You have the ability to work effectively with others and contribute to the team’s accomplishments
