About the role
As a Data Analyst, you will be supporting the LTSA team and Localization team, working with Engineering, Parts, ITR, Commercial and Sales to consolidate data on list of parts to be priced. Generate various dashboards for easy reporting. Building a database of localization prices and analysis of repeated items. Dashboard on localization reporting including spend on strategic and critical suppliers. Monitor tender bulletin for parts already in the LTSA agreement. Strong independent contributor delivering on the required results
Main Duties
- Partner with LTSA team, Engineering, Supply Chain, Commercial& Sales, Parts, ITR and other business stakeholders to collect requirements and understand operational pain points.
- Translating business needs into digital solutions that support KPI management, process visibility, and execution efficiency.
- Develop Localization parts database and tracking of prices, Dashboard to report on progress and supplier spend.
- Use of Tableau Dashboard for reporting and tracking trends
- Analyse historical data on parts to review repeated parts purchases
- Support supply chain with various data analysis, PR-PO and Purchase order turnaround time
- Plan, coordinate, and execute deployment activities for dashboards, workflows, reports, and other digital tools.
- Ensure deployment plans are aligned across functions and IT stakeholders.
- Support solution testing, issue resolution, and readiness activities before go-live.
- Work closely with Business IT to ensure tools comply with technical standards, governance, and validation requirements.
- Monitor the customer tender bulletin to monitor any risk of parts already in the LTSA being advertised in the market.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Apply AI-enabled research and analytics tools to improve data collection, monitoring, and insight generation.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, strategy partners, commercial teams, and business stakeholders.
- Deliver clear, data-driven recommendations that support quick decision-making and long-term strategic planning.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, engineering, business, data analytics, finance, or a related field, from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working projects, strategy, finance, forecasting, or a related analytical discipline.
- Foundational knowledge of statistics.
- Hands-on experience with Python or R through coursework, research, internships, co-ops or independent projects.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, collaboration, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Experience using Power BI, SQL, Python, Tableau or similar tools for data analysis and visualization.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
