Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, interpret, and present complex data from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business objectives.
- Identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities through data analysis.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements.
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to drive business performance.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality across reporting platforms.
- Perform data modelling, forecasting, and statistical analysis where required.
- Automate reporting processes and improve analytics efficiencies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reporting.
- Support business improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations.
Experience, Skills & Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.
- Advanced SQL skills with the ability to query and manipulate large datasets.
- Strong experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced analytical functions.
- Experience with data modelling and database structures.
- Knowledge of Python, R, or other analytical programming languages will be advantageous.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data interpretation techniques.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
