This is a remote position.
Our client is seeking an experienced Data & Reporting Analyst to join the Durban team, this is a remote position
· Automated data cleaning processes using SQL.
· Validate data from various sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy
· Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards and regular reports
· Assist in analysing datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
· Present data insights in a clear and concise manner using visualizations and written summaries
· Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and provide relevant data solutions
· Collaborate with other analysts and departments to support larger projects and data initiatives
· Maintain documentation for data sources, processes, and reports
· Help improve data collection and analysis processes for better efficiency and accuracy
Requirements· Grade 12
· Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or a related field
· 1–3 years of experience in a data-related role
· Knowledge/experience of Extraction, transformation and Loading processes (ETL)
· Knowledge/experience with cloud technology (Amazon web services (AWS), Azure etc)
· Knowledge/experience of Visualisations tools esp AWS- QuickSight, PowerBI
· Knowledge of Python to assist with building models and data analysis is an asset
· Proficient in Excel and data manipulation techniques
