About the position
Reverside is an established IT services provider delivering Software Development, IT Resourcing, Digital Transformation, and Systems Support solutions. We are seeking a Cyber Security Engineer to join the Identity & Access Platforms team. The role focuses on implementing, configuring, securing, and operating identity governance and access management platforms across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support Active Directory and identity platforms.
- Implement and maintain authentication protocols including SAML and OpenID Connect.
- Support identity providers such as Keycloak and Entra ID.
- Ensure secure integration and operation of identity services.
- Troubleshoot identity, authentication, and access-related issues.
- Implement IAM, PAM, Zero Trust, and least-privilege principles.
- Apply JIT/JEA practices to strengthen identity security.
- Collaborate with technical and security teams to support business objectives.
- Support hybrid infrastructure, cloud platforms, and operating systems.
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology.
- 5+ years’ experience in Active Directory administration and support.
- Strong knowledge of IAM and authentication protocols.
- Experience with SAML and OpenID Connect.
- Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
- Keycloak experience is advantageous.
- Entra ID experience is advantageous.
