Key Responsibilities Strategic Security Solutions Identify and implement efficient ways to protect systems, networks, and data from potential attacks. Plan and design secure IT architectures for client projects. Risk Assessment and Mitigation Conduct vulnerability testing, threat analyses, and security checks. Investigate security risks and provide robust business-standard solutions. Advisory and Leadership Provide ongoing cybersecurity advice to clients. Deliver professional supervision and guidance to security teams. Incident Response and Documentation Manage meetings with IT teams to address security issues. Deliver technical reports and documentation on test findings. Compliance and Process Alignment Conduct security management reviews and assessments. Ensure alignment of technical implementation with business processes. Collaboration and Pre-Sales Support Identify, qualify, and scope new opportunities with clients. Provide technical advice on networks, products, and services. Continuous Improvement Update and upgrade security systems as needed. Participate in the creation and review of information security policies. Qualifications Education and Certifications: Required: Senior Certificate and at least one of the following: CompTIA Security+ CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH, or GSEC Beneficial: Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related fields. Experience: 5+ years in cybersecurity or IT risk management roles. Experience in the SME sector is advantageous. Technical Skills: Proficiency in penetration testing, threat mitigation, and encryption techniques. Strong understanding of ethical hacking and coding standards. Familiarity with Windows, UNIX, Linux, and fluency in programming languages like Python and JavaScript.
