About the position
ENVIRONMENT:
A cutting-edge FinTech company seeks a passionate and people-focused Customer Success Specialist - Agriculture, to be the voice and face of its Procurement Marketplace. In this hybrid role, you’ll be responsible for onboarding new customers, supporting users, and growing an engaged community of buyers and suppliers who thrive on the platform. You’ll work at the intersection of product, support, and marketing—building strong relationships with users, gathering feedback, and creating content and experiences that help users succeed and advocate for the Marketplace. Candidates will require 2-4 years’ work experience in Customer Success/Community Management, or Product Evangelism—preferably in B2B SaaS or Marketplace environments, be comfortable with basic troubleshooting and explaining technical concepts in a simple, clear way & experience working with CRM or support tools (e.g., HubSpot, Intercom, Zendesk. You also need to have strong public speaking – English and Afrikaans are essential - training and presentation abilities.
