Cape Town Hybrid (3 days in-office) | R55 000 - R65 000 p/m | UK Hours (Mon-Fri, 6 am-3 pm or 9 am-6 pm)

Specialising in probate, family law, and private client sectors, they've funded over £170 million and partner with 800+ of the UK's top law firms. With a mission to level the playing field during legal proceedings, their solutions empower people and their solicitors with timely, stress-free financial support.
This is a pivotal dual-role opportunity: part inbound sales closer, part team leader. You'll own the full inbound sales funnel from lead qualification to negotiation and closing, while inspiring and guiding a high-performing client services team across South Africa and the UK. You'll lead with empathy and commercial edge, ensuring every client interaction results in exceptional outcomes. As a key player in shaping how the customer function scales, you'll also contribute to process optimisation, strategy, and team design.
