What you will be doing:

  • Foster strong client relationships from start to finish, serving as their go-to person.
  • Navigate client accounts with ease, smoothing out any bumps and ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Swiftly handles escalations, working closely with our tech team to keep things running smoothly.
  • Keep a finger on the pulse of client satisfaction, celebrating wins and tackling challenges head-on.
  • Guide clients toward optimal solutions, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Empower clients with knowledge and opportunities, sharing insights and sparking new possibilities.
  • Collaborate closely with teams to evolve our services, always aiming for better client experiences.

 

What you need:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in MSP roles like Customer Success Manager or Technical Account Manager.
  • Strong technical proficiency, especially in IT support, cybersecurity, and Microsoft cloud services.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective client and team rapport.
  • Strategic thinker translating business needs into retention strategies.
  • Efficient time management and ability to work independently or in teams.
  • Results-oriented, focused on delivering value and meeting commitments.
  • Accountable for managing multiple projects and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Committed to our mission of making a positive impact in people's lives.

  • Can be based in either Cape Town or Johannesburg
