About the position
Type: Full-Time | Must be available during US business hours
What You'll Do
- Lead new customer onboarding, including setup, integrations, and tailored training sessions.
- Deliver customer training via live calls and webinars during US business hours.
- Serve as the trusted point of contact for customers-responding to questions, guiding best practices, and ensuring adoption.
- Proactively monitor customer health and usage, addressing risks before they lead to churn.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams on renewals, expansions, and feedback loops.
- Contribute to the knowledge base with articles, FAQs, and video tutorials.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation (SaaS preferred).
- Excellent spoken and written English, with strong presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Empathetic and proactive-anticipates customer needs before issues escalate.
- Comfortable working fully remote and aligning with US business hours (Pacific / Eastern time zones).
- Staffing or recruiting industry experience is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range (Senior Level): ZAR 750,000 - ZAR 1,050,000 annually (depending on experience)
