About the position
Our client, a leading Manufacturing concern in Durban, situated close to Mount Edgecombe, is currently seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join their team.
Core Purpose of the Job: As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you'll play a pivotal role in exceeding customer expectations and ensuring seamless operations.
Key Performance Areas:
- Timely completion of quotes with adherence to quoting standards
- Accurate management of customer information
- Utilization of the Cerm system for data maintenance
- Liaison with production and dispatch to monitor job progress and delivery schedules
- Efficient handling of customer queries
- Provides valuable support to the sales team
- Acts as a liaison between production, sales representatives, and customers
Qualifications / Experience:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field
- Technical proficiency with a 2-3 years' experience in the labels/packaging manufacturing industry
- Intermediate computer skills
