A growing technology and training company in Pretoria is looking for a Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and keeping customers happy without sounding like a script-reading robot.

Duties/Key Responsibilities
- Respond professionally to customer queries, complaints, feedback, orders, returns, refunds, billing, and product/service-related matters.
- Build strong customer relationships, maintain accurate records, track orders and interactions, monitor payments and account adjustments, prepare reports, analyse service data, and support process improvements across systems, forms, and admin workflows.
Requirements
- Practical experience using Microsoft OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, Planner, and PowerPoint. Microsoft Publisher is advantageous.
- Strong customer service, communication, reporting, problem-solving, organisation, time-management, telephone, and administrative skills are essential.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans.
Education
- Matric / Grade 12 required.
- Tertiary qualification will be advantageous.

Salary
- The proposed salary for the role is R14k - R20k per month - the final offer will depend on qualifications, experience and skills.
