Job Advertisement: Customer Service Officer – SAP OTC Experienced Only
Location: Kempton Park, Johannesburg
Start Date: 1 July 2025
Sector: Supply Chain / FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)
Are you an experienced Customer Service professional with solid SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) knowledge?
We are urgently seeking a competent and professional Customer Service Officer to join our Supply Chain team. The successful candidate will be the critical link between customers, our internal teams, and external partners, ensuring a seamless order management process from capture to delivery.
Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric (NQF Level 4) – essential
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in Customer Service within a Supply Chain or FMCG environment
  • Proven experience using SAP R/3 – specifically in the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process
  • Must list all SAP transaction codes used and rate yourself as Beginner / Proficient / Expert
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong Excel skills (intermediate or higher)
  • Available to start immediately

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurate capture and release of customer orders in SAP (Haleon CERPS system)
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, audits, and documentation requirements
  • Liaise daily with customers, Sales, Accounts Receivable, Supply Chain, and 3PL partners
  • Proactively manage order queries and communication
  • Maintain accurate customer data and manage credit holds
  • Generate and interpret daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Provide backup support to other team members when required
