About the position
We're are URGENTLY seeking Customer Service Rep. - Temporary position - Vincent Park ( East London)
ONLY applicants that are currently living in Vincent ,Selborne, Nahoon, Amalinda and Central East London will be considered at this stage!!!
Duties & Responsibilities
- Deal effectively with customer queries and complaints
- Communicate personally and telephonically with a diverse group of shoppers and clients
- Provide feedback to Centre Management with regards to suggestions, complaints and compliments in order to provide a better shopping environment
- Control the sales of gift vouchers
- Handle cash daily
- Assist with promotional activities
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric/ Grade 12
- MUST live close to Vincent (East London)
- Good communication
- 6 - 12 months Face to face customer experience
- Presentable
Package & Remuneration
- Salary : R40 per hour
