About the position
We are seeking Customer Service Consultants with a solid customer service background to join a busy, fast-paced environment. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering professional customer service, assisting customers with queries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a positive customer experience while meeting service and productivity targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional, efficient and customer-focused service at all times.
- Assist customers with general enquiries, technical support and service-related queries.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Accurately capture, update and maintain customer information on company systems.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.
- Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and in accordance with company standards.
- Meet daily service and productivity targets.
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver excellent customer service.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when processing customer information.
Minimum Requirements- Matric (Grade 12).
- Minimum of 3 years' customer service experience.
- Experience in a customer-facing, call centre or contact centre environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Computer literate with experience using computer-based systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Able to work a 40-hour week, Monday to Sunday, with 2 off-days in between.
- Reliable transport to and from Brackenfell.
