About the position

We are seeking Customer Service Consultants with a solid customer service background to join a busy, fast-paced environment. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering professional customer service, assisting customers with queries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a positive customer experience while meeting service and productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional, efficient and customer-focused service at all times.

  • Assist customers with general enquiries, technical support and service-related queries.

  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.

  • Accurately capture, update and maintain customer information on company systems.

  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.

  • Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and in accordance with company standards.

  • Meet daily service and productivity targets.

  • Work collaboratively with team members to deliver excellent customer service.

  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when processing customer information.

Minimum Requirements
  • Matric (Grade 12).

  • Minimum of 3 years' customer service experience.

  • Experience in a customer-facing, call centre or contact centre environment.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

  • Computer literate with experience using computer-based systems.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

  • Able to work a 40-hour week, Monday to Sunday, with 2 off-days in between.

  • Reliable transport to and from Brackenfell.
