Customer Service - Call Centre

About the position

Position Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service (local or international), preferably within Motor Insurance, Banking, or a similar industry.
• Matric / Grade 12 essential.
• Clear credit and criminal record required.
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 8pm (shift-based).
• Salary: R7 700 per month.
