About the position
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Agent with IT Qualify Ltd. This position is PART TIME. We are a rapidly growing IT and tech company with a very friendly and energetic working atmosphere. Qualities and skills we are looking for are: Esssential Desirable You will be supporting students with any issues they may have whilst studying with us. This will therefore mean you will be doing many different things and so flexibility is very important. Some of the tasks: Booking tests and explaining stages You will be joining a super friendly and established team with over 7 years experience in training students. If you are a hard- working, passionate individual with customer service experience we'd love to hear from you ! We will provide full in-house training and superb on-going support where you feel a valuable member of the team Benefits:
