Customer Service Administrator

About the position

A well-established company based in East Rand is seeking two experienced Customer Service Administrators. 
Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service, sales administration, order processing or a similar support role.
• Experience with customer accounts, quotations, sales orders, proof of payments, returns and credits is advantageous.
• Pastel experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and administration skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• A mature, professional and customer-focused approach.

Duties:

• Manage customer queries from receipt through to resolution.
• Provide customers with regular updates and coordinate with Sales, Operations, Warehouse and Finance.
• Assist with returns, credits and complaint administration.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure SLA compliance.
• Escalate urgent matters where necessary and provide exceptional customer service.
• Support the Customer Service Manager with daily administrative functions and continuous process improvement.
