Overview:
As the Customer Excellence Manager with expertise in Travel Responsibilities, Medical Education, Conference Planning, Marketing, and Digital Oversight, you will lead and oversee all aspects of the Customer Excellence function, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and strategic alignment with business objectives. Your role will involve managing travel logistics, coordinating medical education events and conferences, overseeing marketing initiatives, and providing digital oversight to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Customer Excellence team, setting clear objectives, priorities, and KPIs aligned with business goals.
Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and engagement across all touchpoints.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, medical affairs, and operations, to drive alignment and integration of customer excellence initiatives with overall business strategies.
Travel Coordination:
Oversee travel arrangements for Customer Excellence team members attending medical education events, conferences, and other business-related travel.
Ensure efficient coordination of flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and any necessary travel documentation, while adhering to company policies and budget constraints.
Serve as the escalation point for travel-related inquiries and issues, providing timely resolution and support as needed.
Medical Education & Conference Planning:
Lead the strategic planning and execution of medical education initiatives, conferences, and other customer-facing events, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Coordinate logistics for medical education events, including venue selection, agenda development, speaker management, and audiovisual setup.
Manage registrations, RSVPs, and attendee communications for conferences and events, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for participants.
Marketing Strategy and Execution:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement, awareness, and loyalty, leveraging insights from customer feedback and market research.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns, messaging, and collateral materials that resonate with target audiences and drive desired outcomes.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including engagement rates, conversion rates, and ROI, to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.
Digital Oversight:
Provide oversight and strategic direction for digital initiatives aimed at enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction.
Collaborate with digital marketing teams to optimize digital channels, including websites, social media, and email marketing, to deliver personalized and seamless customer experiences.
Leverage data analytics and customer insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation in digital customer engagement strategies.
Team Management and Development:
Lead and mentor the Customer Excellence team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to foster professional growth and development.
Establish a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team, driving high performance and results.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
Medical or pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred
Proven leadership experience in customer service, travel coordination, event planning, marketing, and digital strategy within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans and initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in data analytics tools, digital marketing platforms, and project management software.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Willingness to travel occasionally as needed for medical education events and conferences.
