Customer Excellence and Development Representative (100% Remote)

You'll be part support superhero, part sales trailblazer, and part operations wizard — all while being a vital voice for customer success.

DUTIES:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and support across multiple channels
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve technical issues with care and speed
• Generate and qualify leads to help grow the customer base
• Conduct engaging inside sales calls and schedule demos for the sales team
• Provide valuable technical assistance and product guidance to new and existing customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share customer insights and feedback
• Take on light admin tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation management
• Support the customer success and development teams in their day-to-day operations
