DBN000290 - Customer Complaints & Credits Administrator (FTC) - Cato Ridge
Purpose of the Job:
Manage customer complaints, returns, warehouse allocation, and credit closures efficiently by coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
Required Qualifications:
- Matric (required)
- Certificate or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Supply Chain (advantageous)
- 2–4 years’ experience in:
- Handling customer complaints
- Credit notes or financial administration
- Returns processing
- Experience using Syspro (required)
Technical Competencies & Experience:
- Manage customer returns, product complaints, and credit-related queries.
- Handle customer complaints and investigate issues.
- Coordinate the collection, upliftment, and processing of returned goods.
- Assess and validate customer claims, including product details, quantities, damages, lot numbers, and supporting evidence.
- Approve valid claims and submit documentation for credit note processing and account updates.
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready records for returns, disposals, donations, credits, and customer complaints.
