About the position

A well-established financial services business is seeking to appoint a Customer Call Centre Agent for a 9-month fixed term contract
Qualifications and Experience:

  • National Diploma in Communications/ Customer Service or Call Centre related qualification (Will be considered)
  • Call Centre/ Help Desk qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Relevant 2 years’ experience in a client service-related environment
