About the position
A well-established financial services business is seeking to appoint a Customer Call Centre Agent for a 9-month fixed term contract
Qualifications and Experience:
- National Diploma in Communications/ Customer Service or Call Centre related qualification (Will be considered)
- Call Centre/ Help Desk qualification will be an added advantage.
- Relevant 2 years’ experience in a client service-related environment
Technical and Behavioral Competencies Required:
- Planning, organising and coordinating.
