  • Relevant Tertiary IT qualifications
  • 5+ years in a similar role
  • Proven experience as a Head of Engineering or CTO
  • Strong foundation in software development principles
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to build teams
  • Experience in payments and Fintech required
  • Full Software Engineering and Infrastructure experience
  • Prepared to be hands on and roll up your sleeves
