About the position
An opportunity is available in the Southern Suburbs, Western Cape for a meticulous professional to oversee sterile services and ensure the highest standards of infection control and theatre support.
Requirements:
- Minimum NQF Level 4 qualification
- Diploma in General Nursing or B Cur Degree (NQF 7)
- Post-basic Operating Theatre qualification (minimum 12 months)
- Current SANC registration
- Sound knowledge of infection prevention, sterilisation processes and CSSD operations.
- Compliance with SANC regulations and healthcare legislation
- Previous experience within CSSD essential
- Minimum 2 years' experience within a private hospital environment
- Leadership or supervisory experience advantageous
- Relevant management qualification advantageous
