About the position
A Central Sterile Services Department in East London is looking for a CSSD Supervisor to coordinate sterile production, maintain quality standards, and support theatre operations.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse currently registered with SANC
- Experience within a Theatre or CSSD environment
- Strong customer orientation and service delivery focus
- Effective team player with proven ability to coordinate workflows
- Highly organised, energetic, and able to operate effectively under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible to work according to a flexi-hour system, including night shift
- Understanding of infection control, sterilisation processes, and quality standards
