This position is ideal for a creative and analytical professional passionate about the iGaming industry. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams-including Acquisition, Games, Product Development, Player Development, Design, and Customer Support-to align CRM strategies with business objectives and deliver exceptional player experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to boost customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
- Segment and analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities for personalized marketing.
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns to maximize player engagement and product interaction.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless campaign execution, including copywriting, design, and game offerings.
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Xtremepush and Optimove, adjusting strategies for optimal results.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine campaigns and improve engagement metrics.
- Ensure an omnichannel approach, leveraging real-time and onsite messaging to enhance communication.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to innovate and adapt CRM strategies.
