About the Role
We are looking for an experienced CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to take ownership of the customer journey from initial lead generation through to conversion, enrolment, re-engagement and alumni relationships.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic yet hands-on marketing professional who understands how to turn leads into customers through targeted, personalised and automated communication strategies.
You will play a key role in developing and managing lifecycle marketing campaigns across multiple business units, using email, WhatsApp and SMS to improve engagement, drive conversions and maximise customer lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies across multiple business units.
- Design, build and manage automated customer journeys and lead nurturing campaigns using HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Work closely with sales teams to develop lead scoring models and improve lead-to-customer conversion.
- Drive audience segmentation and personalised marketing communications.
- Plan and execute WhatsApp and SMS marketing campaigns.
- Develop re-engagement and reactivation campaigns to retain and convert existing leads.
- Continuously test and optimise messaging, campaigns and customer journeys.
- Monitor email deliverability and ensure all communications comply with POPIA requirements.
- Track, analyse and report on campaign performance, engagement, conversion rates and revenue impact.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–10 years' experience in CRM, lifecycle or email marketing.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end customer lifecycle campaigns across multiple business units.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with WhatsApp Business messaging and SMS marketing.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in campaign testing, optimisation and performance reporting.
- Good understanding of POPIA and data privacy requirements.
- Previous agency experience is essential.

- Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-brand marketing environment.
