Creditors Controller (East Coast Resorts)

About the position

Overview:

An established and up-market hospitality and property company is looking for a Creditors Controller to join their team! The ideal candidate will have the relevant experience (working with a large creditors book) as well as being based in/near the East Coast Resorts area. 

 

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12
• 3+ years’ relevant experience

 

Responsibilities:

• Statement Reconciliation
• Processing Supplier Invoices
• Processing Supplier Payments
• Management of Payment terms of invoicing
• Forecasting cashflow budgeting
• Administration reporting to Accounting
• Sending remittance reports to suppliers
• Spot check of Cash floats
• Admin Stock Controlling
