About the position
Our Client is a market leading property development and management company that is based in the Centurion area. The Company's portfolio includes 27 retail properties across 6 provinces within the country, with a special focus on the underserviced retail market. The Company is looking for an experienced Creditors Clerk that will be doing the full-function creditors and cashbook processing for 12 companies. They will be looking after supplier accounts, ensuring timely payments, liaising with suppliers such as municipalities and will ultimately contribute to the smooth financial operations of our Client's growing portfolio. This person needs to be a hardworking team player that is pressure driven. A dynamic person that has the ability to meet tight deadlines in this fast-paced environment will flourish in this role. Matric and a relevant tertiary accounting qualification is required. Previous experience on MDA is mandatory as well as 3 years of experience in the property industry.
