About the position
Key Responsibilities include:
- Processing and reconciling supplier invoices and statements
- Ensuring timely payments to all creditors
- Handling and resolving creditor-related queries
- Liaising with suppliers and building effective working relationships
- Negotiating supplier discounts where appropriate
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date creditor records
- Assisting with general finance and administrative support
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Minimum 2 years experience in a creditors/accounts payable role
- SAGE Intacct experience (essential)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
