About the position

CREDITORS & DEBTORS CLERK
 DURBAN
 
We are currently seeking experienced Creditors and Debtors clerk based in Durban.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12) – essential
• 2–3 years' experience in a Creditors Clerk or similar accounts payable role
• A relevant tertiary qualification or finance-related training will be advantageous
• Good computer literacy and attention to detail
• Excellent numerical, organisational, and communication skills
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
• Clear criminal record

 
Key Responsibilities:

• Processing supplier invoices accurately and timeously
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Preparing payments and resolving supplier queries
• Maintaining accurate creditor records
• Assisting with month-end procedures
• Performing general accounts payable administration
