Are you a seasoned Credit Manager with expertise in Commercial Banking and Credit Risk Management? Do you have a passion for agricultural finance and a commitment to supporting emerging and commercial farmers? If so, My Client is looking for you!

Key Responsibilities

? Credit Risk Management - Assess and manage the credit risk of new and existing business loans.
? Loan Approvals - Approve and review loan applications within delegated authority.
? Committee Coordination - Oversee Regional and Provincial Credit Committee meetings.
? Stakeholder Engagement - Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance credit processes.
? Policy & Compliance - Ensure adherence to credit policies, risk management principles, and regulatory standards.

Who Should Apply?

?? Minimum of 5-8 years' experience in commercial credit finance, business banking, or structured trade finance.
?? Relevant qualification (BCom/BTech); a BSc in Agriculture with agri-credit experience is preferred.
?? Strong financial and credit analysis skills with experience in restructuring and turnaround management.
?? Advanced knowledge of risk management, compliance, and business law principles.
?? Willingness to travel and work extended hours when required.
