??Credit Manager: Commercial Banking & Transformation | Upington, Northern Cape

Are you ready to leave the boardroom buzz behind and make a real impact on South Africa's agricultural future?

We're looking for a seasoned Credit Manager to join a dynamic, mission-driven team in Upington - the heartbeat of agriculture in the Northern Cape.

Work with emerging black agri-businesses and commercial farmers to shape a more inclusive, transformed sector.

You'll manage high-impact credit deals, influence rural transformation, and bring sustainable finance to life - right where it matters most.

Qualifying Snapshot:

  • 5-8 years in business banking or commercial credit.
  • Strong background in agricultural finance / structured agri deals.
  • Experience assessing and structuring credit for SMEs or rural/agri clients.
  • Ready to relocate or travel to Upington & surrounding towns.
