Credit Controller

About the position

A well-established healthcare organisation is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join its finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing debtor collections, maintaining strong relationships with medical aids and patients, and ensuring efficient cash flow through effective credit control processes.

Experience Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12) or NQF Level 4
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Administration or Finance advantageous
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Debtors Clerk or Credit Controller within a private hospital environment
• Strong working knowledge of medical aids, funders, and COID processes
• Experience with ProClin and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent communication, organisational, and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
