Minimum Requirements
Matric
Tertiary qualification would be an advantage
Clear ITC
2+ years credit control experience with strong reconciliation skills (complex recons)

Overview of position

• Following up and collecting all outstanding monies from current and former clients who are in arrears.
• Negotiate payment arrangements.
• Provide statements to relevant parties when requested.
• View unallocated and suspense accounts for payments received with incorrect reference numbers.
• Provide feedback on arrears as required.
• Send out appropriate default letters.
• Update notes on arrears reports daily.
• Reconcile credit balance accounts to ensure correctness.

Salary Bracket
Marketed related, depending on experience, qualification(s) and current / previous package
