Credit Controller

About the position

LEZA seeks to employ a Credit Controller to ensure timely and accurate capturing, reconciliation and payment of creditors accounts and processing of Cashbook.

You will be responsible for:

• Responsible for ensuring that all tax invoices are authorised and have necessary attached documentation
• Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of valid tax invoices
• Responsible for preparing creditors reconciliation to supplier statements
• Accrual of all contracted/monthly expenses
• Follow up on all outstanding invoices/queries per the supplier statement
• Ensuring accurate & timely payment of supplier accounts as per agreed credit terms
• Control and processing of petty cash
• EFT and Cheque payments
• Processing of Cashbooks.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks as and when required.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Matric
• 3-5 years creditors related experience
• Excellent numerical ability
• High attention to detail
• Good problem solving
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Excel experience essential
• ACCPAC Windows essential
• Driver's license and own transport

• Driver's license and own transport
• Must relocate at own cost
• ITC/criminal check will be a requirement
