About the position

Introduction

The collection of credit within the accepted period of settlement in order to maximize the profit of the company and to ensure the prompt follow-up to all collections proceed

Duties & Responsibilities

• Dealing with day-to-day queries.
• Releasing of orders.
• Sending out weekly and or monthly statements.
• Timeous follow up for non-payment by both telephonically as well as email.
• Prepare debit order run.
• Allocation of payments against respective invoices.
• Perform recons where necessary.
• Weekly meetings with ops.

Building of relationships with the customer.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Formal Education

Minimum of matric certificate

Experience

A minimum of four years' experience in credit control with a good knowledge of Excel.
