Credit and Customs Controller

About the position

Our client, which is a leading original equipment manufacturer (OEM) in industrial refrigeration specialising in solutions tailored for the fishing industry is looking for a detail-oriented Credit/Customs Controller to handle supplier invoices, payments, reconciliations, and import/export logistics.

Please note the client is based in Atlantis, West Coast, and this is a full-time, office-based position.

Key Duties:

• Process invoices & credit notes
• Reconcile supplier accounts & resolve queries
• Prepare timely payments
• Manage import/export logistics
• Arrange local & international staff travel

Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12 (Accounting preferred)
• 2-3 yrs experience in creditors/accounts payable
• Knowledge of Hansaworld accounting software or (Sage/Pastel/Xero).
• Fleet management and petty cash.
• Strong accuracy & communication skills
• Accounting/Bookkeeping background essential
