About the position

Client Banking Analyst - Commercial Banking & Transformation
Upington, Northern Cape

Are you passionate about financial analysis, deal structuring, and rural economic development? If you're looking for a career with purpose, this opportunity in development finance could be your next big move!

What You'll Do:
Support credit applications with detailed financial modelling and viability analysis
Collaborate with Relationship Managers to structure tailored, impactful deals
Ensure compliance and risk assessment in line with internal policies
Engage with clients to ensure smooth loan origination and onboarding
Play a hands-on role in agricultural transformation at grassroots level

What You'll Need:
NQF Level 5 / National Diploma or Degree in Risk, Credit, Business, or Investment
3-5 years' experience in credit/lending (preferably in commercial/corporate banking)
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong understanding of financial principles and agricultural finance (advantageous)
Valid driver's license & willingness to travel
