The Role:

We're looking for an analytical and driven Credit Analyst to join our team. You'll assess credit data, evaluate financial information, and play a key role in making smart lending decisions that drive our success. If you have a sharp eye for detail, enjoy working with numbers, and want to thrive in a dynamic, fun environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to assess creditworthiness
  • Prepare clear, thorough credit assessments and recommendations
  • Monitor existing accounts for credit risk and manage credit limits proactively
  • Work closely with the credit and finance teams to ensure sound, data-driven decisions
  • Help develop and refine credit policies and procedures

What We're Looking For:

  • A Degree in finance or administration essential
  • Knowlage of SME Sectors and funding environments essential
  • A strong analytical mindset and outstanding attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and credit principles
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with credit analysis tools is a plus
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well both independently and in a team
  • Someone who enjoys working hard, but knows how to have fun along the way
