About the position
A leading organisation is seeking a highly experienced Creative Director to drive creative excellence across multiple brands and business units. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all creative output, including design, video, motion, and live production.
- Develop and drive creative concepts for major campaigns and initiatives.
- Maintain exceptional creative standards and ensure brand consistency.
- Partner with performance marketing teams to create high-performing campaign assets.
- Manage creative workflows, resource planning, and project turnaround times.
- Drive innovation through the effective use of AI-powered creative tools.
- Mentor and develop a multidisciplinary creative team.
- Manage external creative suppliers and production partners.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of creative experience, including at least 4 years in a Creative Director or Associate Creative Director role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign, digital, and video work.
- Proven experience in performance marketing creative and testing.
- Experience building and managing brand systems.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and AI-driven creative tools.
- Relevant qualification in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
